Lead counsel for City of Santa Fe in water litigation over 60-year-old irrigation agreement with Santa Fe Country Club.

Lead counsel in qui tam suit on behalf of State of New Mexico against Lumen f/k/a CenturyLink seeking recovery on allegations of fraud as to Lumen’s under-rerporting its obligation to pay E-911 surcharges to the State.

Representative Past Matters

Represented coalition of conservation and recreation groups in direct action in New Mexico Supreme Court that resulted in restoring public access to New Mexico’s rivers and streams.
Represented State of New Mexico in successful challenge to Clean Air Act permit issued by the EPA for construction of the proposed 1500 MW coal-fired power plant known as Desert Rock.
Represented State of New Mexico in successful claims against Chevron Corporation on allegations of fraud with respect to cleanup funds for pollution from underground petroleum storage tanks.
